Made an appointment online. Received a phone call same day confirming my appointment. Took the day off from work to get pampered. Showed up to my appointment and the receptionist couldn't locate my appointment. They realized they had my name incorrect in the system. Terrible customer service. Trying to do a prenatal appointment is a joke. Multiple issues each time I have worked with them.
Poor customer service. Can't seem to get their act together. Cancelling my membership at this location. The therapists have all been great.
I have explained to this this office many of times. That I don't need their services. I got hurt at work and was out for months. I can't afford for them to just go into my acct when they want and take money out. I haven't used them in over four or five months. I called and asked will they stop going into my checking acct because I want to cancel my acct with them. But they won't let me.
Great therapists. Great service. Great facility.
