I went yesterday to get a massage. The massage itself was done lazily. I was the last appointment of the day, but I paid just like everyone else. Something told me to set my timer from the time the masseuse came in the room to insure I get a full hour. I had a whole 8mins and 39 sec left on my timer when he was “done.” I was really hoping this was a place I could go to do my massages, and considered signing up for a membership. Worst customer service EVER! I have over 31 credits built up due to ME not having enough staff or canceling my appointments. I asked if I could freeze my account and they said yes but during the freeze you can't use any of your credits. What's the point? If I cancel, I only have 72 days to use my 31 credits. If I haven't been able to use these credits due to loss or low staffing in the last two years, how do you expect that I'm going to use 31 credits in 72 days? What a HUGE SCAM!!! Buyers beware - If you are planning to purchase a Massage Envy gift card to give to someone, make sure it will be wanted/welcomed. I purchased a $150 card for a Christmas gift, which was unwanted, and tried to return it within 24 hours and discovered Massage Envy will not accept returns of any sort. They use the lame excuse that their system won't allow them to accept returns. Having been around many different Point-of-Sale systems over the years, I highly doubt that this is the case. I have been receiving massages from Kyle for over 2+ years now and I cannot say enough about him. He is extremely professional, on time and makes me feel relaxed the minute I get on the table. If you are looking for a FOREVER massage therapist he is the one to go to., you will not be dissapointed.

Please don’t go . This place has a racist behavior against Hispanic . Also it’s an scam . The manager is the rudest person I ever seen in my experiences like customer . She hung the phone because she has no patience with Hispanic . She didn’t explain an made you fill paper with at explain .
