Awful massage and Awful Owner!! I had a massage on memorial day and it was beyond awful, I ended up crying afterward just because I was beyond disappointed. The manager could not do anything because she said she did not have authority without the owners say, so she emailed her that day. Horrible customer service, never enough therapists and they are constantly quitting, quite aggravating when you finally find one you like, which is hard to find at this location anyway

I've never been so humiliated in my entire life and will file a complaint with corporate as soon as I am done here. My wife was allowed to enter the room, lay on the table awaiting the massage, and then told by the therapist the massage was cancelled because it appeared "she was under the influence." This is ridiculous and she was treated really poorly. I'm going to contact anyone that will listen about this situation as this is completely unacceptable. You will regret signing a contract with this company. There is no one to hold each franchise responsible for its bad service. This place is a huge scam. Beware! You're better off getting a mall massage and not deal with the awful customer service, bad deals, rip offs, and contracts. But if you just have to sign up, please know Brier creek in Raleigh NC is by far the worst!! Even the other Massage Envy's will tell you this. Stay away from them!!

Katy, the manager of this establishment is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever witnessed in a place of work. She is racist and unfair to her workers and holds certain employees to lower standards than others, as well as treats customers with the most displeasing attitude. Whoever hired this woman deserves to be fired themselves, she should not be managing anyone or anything

While I was living in Walnut Creek, I went to this Massage Envy religiously. It help me greatly. I moved away November of 2022 to another area of California and informed them I must cancel my membership due to the move. I gave the attendant all of my information and she stated "Ok" I will take care it. She then stated "Thank you for being a member, I hope you get anther membership in Santa Clara". For 5 months (my fault), I have been calling because I continue to see charges each month totaling $240 with no manager(s) calli... read more

If you’re looking for employment here…don’t. They have a high turn over and are quick to get rid of you. They pick and choose who company policies apply to and who they don’t. Lisa Halverson (Director), Jodi Lowthian (Clinic Manager) and Trabecca Moore (Assistant Manager) are very unprofessional. No support from the HR team if you have any problems or concerns.

I’m a former Assistant Clinic Manager at Roseville, MN. My rating applies to the Atticus Franchise only located in Minnesota. I’ve experienced very negative things at the Massage Envy Roseville, MN location and Atticus Franchise and I want to share them with everyone. Keep in mind I got along well with the manager, although I did not agree with her management style. She was very rude to not only her staff, but to her clients. Have been a member for years but it is impossible to get an appt. The therapists are great but not enough therapists. They are always leaving for some reason. I called today and they said they were booked up until June. I have so many massages on the books, but if you quit you have to use them up in 60 days and you can't get an appointment. Its a racket! Don't join.
