So they talk you into buying their monthly massages but they never have appointments. Then finally I had a massage today after waiting two months and guess what they canceled on me again. This is two times I have been canceled on after waiting for an open appointment. Do not get sucked in to the scam!

The location and parking are great. The staff is wonderful and so are the massage therapists. I joined several yrs ago. But you can just quit until you use up all your massages and today I called and nothing until October 2022. Would never join again. You can't get in.

I could not give a zero review thus I was forced to give a 1. This massage envy location is the worst I've encountered, the staff never knows what's going on among themselves, they are careless and rude at times with a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. If you come across any issues don't even bother taking it up to management, they'll give you the run around everyday from she's either on a long break to she didn't come to work today and anything else they can think of. I've been a member since June 2020 - very new! It's impossible to schedule because they NEVER answer the phone and never ever return calls, like ever! When you can get ahold of someone they blame their Vonyage phone service, they blame me for leaving a wrong phone number on my message (like, really?!), they blame a system error, they say they called me back but I checked my call log and nothing, so they lie too, not a good look for a business! WORST PLACE EVER WHEN IT COMES TO HONESTY. I WAS TOLD THY WOULD TRNSFER MY MASSGE TO ANOTHER PERSON. BUT WHEN IT CAME TO BILLING MY ACCOUNT, THEY OVER CHARGED ME BY $177.00. WATCH OUT THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS

I was lied to by the Massage Envy. I spent thirty minutes giving my information and scheduling these massages I asked to transfer my massage to my 88-year-old mother. They said no problem after making sure and spending 30 minutes on the phone they said they would be transferring my massage to my mom. Well, my mom got a massage and a Facial and I was charged $302.00. A massage would be $65.00 and a facial $60.00 for a total of $125.00. Wow it cost me another $177.00 what a rip off. Been a member forever. Was getting massages multiple times a month before I had my baby. After, it took me a few months to feel ready for a massage. By the time I came back, they were booked out for months and couldn’t get me an appointment. I even asked to be put on the cancellation list, and heard nothing. Now prices have gone up, and I still can’t get in to use one of my like 15 accrued services. Huge turnover for Management and front desk staff and now I clearly understand why! Poor upper management group who micro manage and undermine their employees. I was given a clinic that was already drowning with horrible clients and was provided no support. You have to ask permission to do literally everything and they expect you to pick a failing clinic from off the ground in under 90 days.
