So Massage envy, you have let me down again. I was scheduled for a 10 am massage today and something said call to confirm. upon calling, i was informed that i was not confirmed for my 10 am appointment. I asked why did i receive a phone call notifying me of this confirmation three days earlier, the associate did not have an answer. Cyril's greeting to me and my friend was so refreshing and kind. He was very well versed on the types of massages and products used for further relaxation. However, I had Jim who was experienced but I experienced pain in my left side of my neck and left shoulder blades. I informed them that I had rotator cuff surgery in December of 2016 and I felt that they would take caution in that area due to Jim's expertise.
