Just had an appointment/massage cancelled on me less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. I thought that was VERY strange. Only to see that the spot I had was now showing in the app as available. Waited about :20 to give them a chance to remove that spot from the app. I Had someone call to see if that particular masseuse had availability, and they offered them the spot that they cancelled me out of. I have been trying to cancel for well over three months. Sent email, no response, writing letter as we speak and will be going into the office. This is a horrible way to do business. The more people realize you are a rip off and have no intentions of ever being honest, forthright and deal with your customers legitimately. Don't ever sign a contract with them or you will never get out of it because it is open ended(not 1 year like they say), without losing money needlessly.

I had a massage yesterday with Tennessee- I came in tense and in pain, and left feeling great and relaxed! He was AMAZING and I can't wait for my next session with him!
