I have had two massages so far and am a member now. This place is more than a place for massages... This is truly massage therapy. They target your problem areas. I've had many massages, but this is the only place where you tell them to primarily work on your neck and shoulders and they actually do... My massage was 50" long and 45" was spent getting the knots out of my back and shoulders. There are table warmers so the table is warm. They do a consultation before the massage. This place really sucks..They have messed up my appointment..they have made false promises..Stay away from Massage Envy Pleasanton guys.. The manager will give you a different story and the staff will give you a different story..Their stories never match..@ Virginia Pavey Puspoki, you are right, this place really sucks...
