Horrible customer service! I called and scheduled and called back in an hour to change my appt. they still are charging me for the appt. Rude receptionist with an attitude. 7+ yr member!!! LOVE ALL my Northside Massage Envy salons!
Don't ever get a new credit card. As soon as they can't automatically take your money they will treat you like a broke homeless vagrant. They will just cancel all your appointments and schedule someone else and not even offer an apology. I went there for over a year EVERY week and NEVER missed a appointment. What exactly led them to believe I would not be there the next day to resolve the issue is beside me. I foolishly gave them my new card before they told me my appointment was canceled.
