I cancelled at the end of July and they had still been charging me. I’ve been trying to get refunded for over a month now and no manger has returned my calls and they have said they will refund me. Last visit there was terrible. Paid for an hour massage my therapist was late and was done 15 minutes before my time was up. Customer service is terrible.
