Very hard to get appointments! They don’t have enough staff to adequately provide services offered! Wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on memberships you can’t use every month!!
Customer service not honored. Monica, the manager, did not do what she promised.
poor customer service that doesn't believe in taking care of a customer they cancel your massages and won't offer anything when they do.
