Jim & Tia are both awesome massage therapists for deep tissue. Jim (who just started) can look at/rub your feet and tell you what your medical problems were 2 decades back and his explanations were totally accurate. He also knew where to exactly rub to make me feel great. Tia is also such a sweet lady to work with and I feel just as good coming out. She knows how much pressure to apply where I never have to ask her to lighten up or go tighter. Thank you Jim, Tia & front desk staff for your awesome service!
the place is very very nice comfortable clean the staff very nice also and yes I will be going back two thumbs up and five stars
Terrible service - always canceling last minute, high staff turnover, so-so therapists, extremely lackluster management and less than helpful owner. Complete waste of money to pay for a membership that’s honored half the time. So sorry I ever patronized this place.
Worst customer service. I have been a customer for 2 years with Massage Envy and have never been treated the way I was treated today. I will be closing my account ASAP!
