I purchased a $50 gift card from Massage Envy Peachtree City Georgia I misplaced the gift card but I have my original receipt it has my name on it they see in their computer system that the massage was never used so therefore I should be allowed to use it. NOT with this Massage envy . very bad business I guess they're in the business of keeping people's money. I am quite sure I'm am not the first person to misplace a gift card. no refund no massage you all just keep the money
Nothing but good things to say bout ME in Peachtree City. The massage was to die for and Donna was wonderful. My first time experience was ahmazing. So what they need your credit card to secure payment, if people would show up and not hog appointments and no call no show it would be OK. Not only is that bad for the business but it's also bad for me, because what if I wanted that spot and it was wasted, the massage techs looses an appointment and a chance for a tip this is America where not nothing is free and nothing is safe... read more
The staff is very friendly and accommadating and my masseuse have magical fingers! I would recommend these services to anyone, whether therapeutical or pure relaxtion!
I was given a massage gift certificate by a customer. I called to use it and was told I have to give a credit card to hold my spot. I understand that many people might not show up and they feel the need to hold that spot for that person but mine was already paid for. If I did not show up then take my credit away. My daughter in law does hair and many clients book and don't show up. Should they take cards too?
