I have had a membership at this location for years. Been a loyal customer and given them a lot of money. That being said, the management staff is still unwilling to work with me at all with some of my rollover massages I was unable to use for a period of time. Every other location I talk to has been more willing to work with me but I am locked into this location so I’m stuck. I’m not saying anything negative about Massage Envy, just this location. Take your money where it is appreciated and never step foot in this location.
