Leah's exceptional. Always a pleasant experiece all the way around.
We have been members for years and have never had an experience like Thursday night. The front desk was seemingly inexperienced and didn't know what they were doing. We arrived 15 minutes early but weren't called upon till 15 minutes after our scheduled time and session was cut short because of it. I will say it was a Great massage but the overall experience wasn't. Will stick to other locations in the future.

I went to this location to try and take care of the pain I'm always feeling in my back. After a few visits with my therapist, Tyler, I can say it is now much better than before and very manageable! The front desk here is always extremely welcoming and incredibly accommodating. Selena, at front desk, was able to make me feel important and she was very friendly. Apparently, I received a year long contract that I do not want. I have to wait until 12/21/17 to cancel. Please if you want to buy someone a membership make sure the person you buy it for has money for a tip and someone to watch their children. After all said and done I will have to come up with $60 each month just to get one massage. Why can't you just refund this?
Had a great experience with the from desk staff and Emily, the therapist.
I am one that don't like people touching me! But this place make you feel at ease and relax! I am going to massage envy for now on... I even became a member that's how good this place is!
