The services I received were awesome. However that is not my issue my issue is. My husband bought me a 1 yr membership. Once it expired they continued to bill my husband and have every month for over a year. The customer service department has done nothing. At this point we are getting lawyers involved. Whatever you do DO NOT purchase a membership from this company!!!!

We love parkwood! The staff is super friendly and most of the time you can get appointments on short notice! Love that they have the couples room and my husband and I can get massage at the same time and be done at the same time!
Today I got a massage from a therapist named Vanity. I don’t know that I spelled her name right. This woman is a hidden treasure! The other staff are nice, the facility is clean and nice and I like it that they are not blaring the flute music into the rooms. Having said that, Vanity gave me hands-down the best massage of my life! She found tension in places I didn’t even know could have tension and then really worked that tension through. The manager Samantha is amazing! She gave me great customer service and I appreciate what she did for me. Tyler is hands down my favorite go to for prenatal massages. The Parkwood Massage Envy is the best one, I highly recommend this location!!
