Great facial service, the front desk was ok did it get a greeting but was professional, the aesthetician was superior she was gentle show concern and very professional did a great facial n if I decide to return would want her again...
After Verbally ending my contract in Jan 2015, after my year of mediocre massages, Massage Envy continued to charge my card for 19 months until I caught the charge. When contacting them, they claimed I was supposed to notify them in writing instead of telling them at the front desk, that is not what the contract says. So I had to dispute the charges and will get a full refund from the Awesome Discover Card Company. I would stay away from this business and from any long term contracts.
I have belonged to this massage envy for almost 3 years. Excellent service and message every time!!
Overall, it's a nice facility. You can usually get an appointment within a day or so when you need it.
Went to see Dorothy yesterday after 7 days of severe sciatic pain. I feel amazing today!! Love this place
