April 7, 2018. We schedule appointments they always mess it up say oh it was @ 9am for sat call us to tell us missed your appointment. When I scheduled it for 11:30 then try get you see someone else.. This has happened before really not professional and very annoying. Our 2 memberships will be going to Lancaster now!!! Then they charge you for a service when its there job to see your membership. The owner needs to pay attention to her business.
Me and my daughter went on the 18th we shared a room our apartment was at 12 PM we arrived at 11:30 a.m they didn't take us back to the room until 12:09 they left it the room immediately after taking us back there and was gone for another 10 minutes they gave us a massages and was done at 12:50. I pay for us a 60 min massage you do the math �I was not happy about that. I would like to get what I paid for �
The front desk needs rapid training in customer service and appearance. But on the other hand Ashlee did an excellent job with my facial, no issues or concerns there!!!
