Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sofia is completely rude and inept. Do not patronize this location. GARBAGE.
Made an appointment for 2 people to get massages...Day before they called to confirm...day of they cancelled. Nothing worse than looking forward to a massage the whole week, only for them to cancel. Very unprofessional, the least they could do is find another masseuse . This is the 2nd time this has happened to me at this location. Needless to say...I will NEVER make an appointment here again.
Andrea is the best massage therapist. I went for deep tissue and she delivered above and beyond. She asked if wanted stretching and I said yes best decision ever. Always go for stretching it was so necessary and made my massage even better. After leaving I felt like I was floating.
I went in for pregnancy massage, first time getting a massage by a professional. Staff was very friendly and the massage therapist was great.
Love my massage days with Cassandra Walker!!!! By far my favorite!!!! She goes above and beyond....if you are thinking about going here you have to book with her!!!
Very enjoyable, and relaxing. Candice was great, will go back and see her.
