Sally was very good and applied the right amount of pressure. My only suggestion has to do with timing. I arrived early to fill out the paper work and then was escorted into the massage room at 7:07 and the therapist walked out of the room at 8:00. This has happened before. I’m sure they are under time constraints but I paid for an hour.
Very unprofessional staff ! They cancelled on me three times. Then they have the nerve to be rude about it. When I cancelled my membership the receptionist was very rude and basically told me she didn't care if I cancelled..
I signed up for the membership almost a year ago and accumulated a few paid for massages and froze my account for 2 months since I didn't have the time to go and when I made my appt yesterday I was told they didn't have me in their system and the manager would look into it and she never got back to me. I asked before booking my appt how much I would be charged for the hour massage they told me $50 and when I was checking out they wanted to charge me $100. I refused. The person that gave me a massage is great .....but the customer service or the front desk they need more training they are very rude!!!
