The bf went in to your location to pick up a last minute gift card. First of all, the gift card looked like whoever sold it to him just “reused” an old ones! I wasn’t too sure if I was going to laugh or what when he showed me the envelope for the gc. When I say envelope, it is that regular postal envelope! Running out of supplies isn’t an excuse. It is the holidays and getting a higher demand volume on gift card should’ve been expected! So what kind of service should we expect if the gift card itself already look ratchet?
I enjoy the massage therapist but they are out of order or disorganized I'll say. I had 2 appointments cancelled on me and I can't make an appointment to save my life now even though I made them and have written. proof of the appointments through December. I'm so disappointed and irritated by this office and I cancelled my membership today. I don't and will not continue to pay for bad service regardless of the great massage. so disappointed save your coins and find someone else to tend to your needs. Most terrible administration don't really care about customer only bagging revenue and lot of emphasis on gratuity! Bad bad bad itched my booking botched their walk in recommendation, they don't tell you that walk in spot they told you about will bebookedfor someone else. Snooty staff who is condescending in their manner. Don't ever ever buy gift card from them because then they really don't care as the money is already in their bank. Mr Bob wasn’t available to accommodate my last minute requested appt. front desk recommended Alfred. Although i was hesitant i accepted because i really needed the massage. Wow. Alfred did a phenomenal job. His demeanor and professionalism made me feel comfortable with a new therapist and confident of the choice to have my massage. Thanks Alfred for a job well done. I now have two wonderful therapist
I enjoyed my visit! Mr. BoB did a great job servicing me. Definitely going back. The staff was polite as well.
