I don’t recommend Massage Envy at all, at least not a membership not during a pandemic. With the resurgence of Covid-19 cases I wanted to cancel membership not wanting to put my face on a massage table where dozens of other faces have been. I expected to have to pay an early termination fee but was told pandemic or not you cannot cancel membership. My massage was for 60 mins. I got there 11:23 and filing out pad. Masseuse didn’t come until 12:10. She spent 6 minutes on one side of back and 4 on other. Each leg received around 2 minutes of attention. She never massaged the areas as I described. An automatic foot exfoliating service was added that I didn’t request(for additional charge) and my session started after 12:20. She rushed the entire session.
