Sandy was the rudest person I have ever met, she acted like a was a Borden to her for been there. I have never experienced discrimination this bad. She spoke to me like I was trash and she could careless if I existed. I had to ask her if I was a boarding, she said "I am here by myself and I have a lot to do" multiple times I asked if I could talk and she would say yes and then cut me off. Manager in orland is very rude. I've had a membership over a year and I will be canceling it as soon as I have used my excess hours.
Wonderful massage. I was beyond relaxed afterward. I would have given the experience 5 stars but i was supposed to get a facial as well but there was a "scheduling error". I confirmed the appointment over the phone and was even asked all the questions for the facial. But myappointment disappeared and o one was available. I eas offered an apology and told tgat i would get the new client price when I reschedule. This was my day off so I can't just reschedule. Plus who knows if it would just disappear again. Very disappointed.
I had the hot stone massage and the sugar foot scrub and everything was excellent from the time I checked in. Staff was very courteous and my massage was so good I found myself snoring-and I don't snore lol. Orland is my base location where I started my membership but I have also visited the Las Vegas location and it was also nice.
