I love Massage Envy! I regularly go for facials. The staff make me feel like family! I get great recommendations! When I leave there I feel awesome
No! No! No! The manager is rude and I have emails to prove it. I cancelled my membership in writing after being laid off in April and they stole $130 from my account today because they don’t understand what “Cancel my Account” means! I will be pressing charges on Monday.
