Showed up for appt. today after receiving confirmation email yesterday and location is closed. Sign in window directing me to neighboring clinics who say they have nothing to do with this location. Given corporate email. No answer on phone and no means to demand refund.
Better customer service is needed. I had an incredibly rude woman take my phone call. I'm ending my membership
