One of worse customer service experience ever!!! Front desk employee, Amber was straight up rude and unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment at 1:45pm for 2pm massage. When I looked at maps it seems like it was going to take me 20-25 mins to get there. When I called back right away to reschedule she told me I’ll be charged for the session because I didn’t call 3 hours before the session. I'm a member for many years. Suddenly, they've started charging my credit card for monthly membership of some other random member of theirs. Pathetic!

Worst front desk service ever. Tried cancelling in person and still they had massages on the books and charged me for them. Called over the phone and cancelled all appointments. Then i get call saying that i have an appointment scheduled. Awful service. I cannot wait to tell everyone how terrible the front desk is at this location.
Well when went for first massage I was working 2 job. Since I’m working 1 now requested to discontinue my membership was told had to get a dr order first or freeze by coming in and signing some paperwork also with the auto payment you cannot use on freeze. This only last 6 months then need to have message before can place in another freeze to discontinue after a year of freezing. Won’t ever do this again
This location is unethical and makes up local rules that cheat the customer. Please beware and do not sign up for membership.
