So the "60 minute massage" promoted is actually NOT 60 minutes. It was 45 minutes with a "consultation". Misleading.
Excellent Customer Service and my Massage Therapist Vanessa does a great job !!
The absolute worst costumer service I have ever received. Not only did they lose my appointment (twice!) but Lisa the manager was rude, accommodating and said that I was lying about scheduling my appointment. Cannot believe they are still in business treating customers this way!
I usually use the Westport location because they are wonderful but I decided to try this one. Well when I booked the appt for 8pm I was informed that most likely the appt would be cancelled because they don't like accommodating customers who aren't their members. I pay monthly so whether I use there facility or another I am still a loyal paying customer. On the day of my appt guess what happened, my appt was cancelled just as I was told it would be.
