Horrible. I will never go back. I had to pay for a 60 minute "deep tissue massage" that was in fact, NOT a deep tissue massage. It was barely a massage and the therapist was very odd. It was uncomfortable at times. I wouldn't even call it a massage. It lasted 30 minutes, not 60 and I had to pay for something I did not get. I just wanted out of there. I will never go back. Zero stars. This is coming from someone who never writes bad reviews. That's how bad it was.

I have been going to this facility for several years. They always very friendly and helpful. My favorite Therapist is Jose and enjoy getting massages.

Memberships are an absolute scam, if you build up your account and cancel your membership, they charge you $25 a month or you lose all your money that is in your account. I've talked to the Manager and she acted like I was crazy for being upset...

Sierra is a amazing therapist. She listens to your needs and focus on the areas where you need it the most. Has a great talent as a massage therapist I love the techniques and pressure that she offers. Thank you for your hard work.

They stopped their 1st time newcomer pricing about 3 months ago. You now have to pay full price but they don't tell you that until after the massage. This location charged me $125 for a massage that had no more than 40 minutes of actual hands on massage. I have no idea what the lady was doing because my face was in a cradle but she would stop and walk around the room. Her technique made me feel more like I was being punished than rewarded. Awful massage and Awful Owner!! I had a massage on memorial day and it was beyond awful, I ended up crying afterward just because I was beyond disappointed. The manager could not do anything because she said she did not have authority without the owners say, so she emailed her that day. I called and left a message the following day...I called them again Wednesday morning and the excuse was we have not heard from the owner yet because she is an RN and has children. What makes me irate is this situation was not a priority and... read more

Horrible customer service, never enough therapists and they are constantly quitting, quite aggravating when you finally find one you like, which is hard to find at this location anyway

I've never been so humiliated in my entire life and will file a complaint with corporate as soon as I am done here. My wife was allowed to enter the room, lay on the table awaiting the massage, and then told by the therapist the massage was cancelled because it appeared "she was under the influence." This is ridiculous and she was treated really poorly. I'm going to contact anyone that will listen about this situation as this is completely unacceptable.
