This was my second time my first time was a bad ecperience the visit yesterday was very pleasant ! I would recommend Heather! Yay Heather!!!!
My husband and I "walked in" for massages at 2:00 pm and were scheduled for 3pm. We both had an excellent experience. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have two full time front people as the one trying to help us was at ALL times, ( the 3 times we were at the front desk, to book, to check in, and to pay) on the phone taking care of business. Still a really great experience, and especially to have walked in cold passing through Round Rock.
I can't complain! I had an excellent experience!! Michelle was awesome... Worked on an area of my back, upper left shoulder blade... It was Fabulous!!! I need to get massages more often!!���
When I voiced a concern, I was directly contacted by the staff in less than 24 hours. They listened to what I had to say and rectified the situation in a gracious and extremely generous way. I'm happy to say that they won me over - thank you!
Had a hot stone massage by Andrew...off the charts!!
