Look man. I don't know what happened here but it used to rock. Now, not so much. They've added this super tacky shelving unit in the lobby, it was very dirty, the staff was unkept (dirty and sleezy looking), parking was awful, front desk staff is dismissive... I could literally go on and on about how terrible this place has become. My husband and I have been members for years but will not be back ( cancelling membership). All of your best therapists are gone (Daniel, Katie, Shavonne, Vanessa). What the heck happened here???

Steer clear. All of their policies are unreasonable and the manager never returns phone calls
Our building is next door. They want our business but refuse to honor our introductory offer.
I had a wonderful experience today at the North Hills location. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and informative. Vanessa gave me a wonderful massage, and I left feeling rejuvenated! Thanks, guys :)
