I enjoyed going my first couple of visits until one of their new employees made a mistake though they wanted to put blame on me since she didn’t know better. They are nice to you until you have a question or concern with them. My massage therapist was great though the service up front doesn’t know customer service. The new lady that checked me out last wanted to charge me for a 90 minute massage with add one when I didn’t get that and I told her, she said yes you did. I booked a massage online for 90 minutes, five minutes later they call and say that it was someone's break and they could do an hour long one, and I agree. Then not even 2 minutes after I hang up, they call back and say someone else booked that time while they were on the phone with me..... not happy and not going to call them again!! If someone isn't available, please don't let clients book appointments!
