They waited until I arrived to get my massage to tell me the therapist was out for the day and the next available time was in 4 hours ... What great customer service 😐

Appalling how they treated a dear friend! I am shocked at the level of unprofessional and hurtful behavior they displayed to a recovering cancer patient as they turned her away from her scheduled appointment! NEVER will I EVER spend my money here and encourage anyone who reads this to GO ELSEWHERE for your services!
A friend of mine who is battling brain cancer … a survivor who should have perished but has overcome and wears a Novocure device to maintain her recovery was rejected by this establishment. Shame on them!
Had a terrible experience where I was rejected and forced to return home after arriving at this location for a back massage. The only reason given was that the therapist was not comfortable massaging a cancer patient even though I had a doctors note clearing me for massages below the neck. Anyone who has dealt with cancer knows how hard it is to get out to appointments, and massages are one of the few things that help me feel normal and relaxed.
