I’ve been going for a while to this location even though I live in another city and have one closer. It’s a nice location but the only issue I have is the turnover rate. I could never get seen with the therapist that I liked so I had to try someone new and I did and she was amazing and then she wasn’t on the schedule anymore. When I called to see if maybe it just wasn’t online yet, she told me to just schedule with my next favorite and I told her that she is never available when I am. Disappointing for sure. Went today for my appointment that I booked online and they said I didn’t have one. Manager Gonga said she’s not sure what happened but they were all booked for the remainder of the day. Cooperate has been called & emailed! I was going to become a member today too!
