I’ve been going for a while to this location even though I live in another city and have one closer. It’s a nice location but the only issue I have is the turnover rate. I could never get seen with the therapist that I liked so I had to try someone new and I did and she was amazing and then she wasn’t on the schedule anymore. When I called to see if maybe it just wasn’t online yet, she told me to just schedule with my next favorite and I told her that she is never available when I am. Disappointing for sure. So again I wanted to schedule and I hit gold again..HOWEVER, this girl is also now not on the schedule anymore. I have looked at other locations and can’t seem to find her. This makes me want to cancel. I want consistency.

Appalling how they treated a dear friend! I am shocked at the level of unprofessional and hurtful behavior they displayed to a recovering cancer patient as they turned her away from her scheduled appointment! NEVER will I EVER spend my money here and encourage anyone who reads this to GO ELSEWHERE for your services!
