I came in at about 3:15 for my 3:30 appointment. I filled out the papers and as I'm sitting there I'm told "He has someone right after you, so that might cut into your time." What? Who's the genius that schedules that? So I get a great massage for a really painful shoulder. I come out, I get dressed and I pay for the full hour and a 15% tip.
