my massage was fine, but the customer service is awful. they were pushy to get me to sign up for a contract and i specifically asked if i could cancel at any time because that part was unclear in contract. The front desk person stated you would have to call or come in and they do not like you to cancel so they will offer you other options but you may cancel if you like. Went for an hour massage for the first time today. I can’t wait to go back!
I’ve been getting massages, every month, for years, at a different spa. I came here, excited to try somewhere new. Sadly, I was very disappointed. I feel no better than when I walked in � . Gonna have to stick with Hand and Stone, cause this isn’t it. Also, I was still being “sold” after stating how disappointed I was. Then, an employee made it seem that I needed to specify the therapist I needed when it was my FIRST one. Sorry, don’t go.
Just finished a second 90min session with both Lacey & Alice. I Absolutely love this place, they are very kind, friendly, and welcoming. Super excited to have a membership. Definitely looking forward to my next session in a few weeks.
The staff was amazing and the massage even more amazing! It was my first time getting a massage.
