I signed up for the membership back in March and have yet to get a single massage. I was lied to when signing up. I specifically asked if I would be able to cancel whenever I choose and they said of course. Wrong. And now, trying to get my moneys worth, I can barely even get a massage scheduled. Then, Every time I finally manage to get a massage scheduled, at any of their locations in the triangle, I get a call the day of saying their masseuse is sick or had an emergency. Horrible account policy - no chance at a refund EVER!!!! Heaven forbid you have a medical challenge and a need for a refund - they WON’T DO IT!!!! Watch out or they’ll rob you!
The personnel are very professional but at the same time friendly.
I had a wonderful massage I have to give them that but be careful when you leave with the paperwork and things that they offer you because they'll have you signed up for monthly deductions from your credit card in no time at all.... when they offer you membership make sure you say no if you can't afford monthly deductions from your card because they will not cancel the membership and they will not refund the money that came out of your account...
