Great customer service, the facial and massage felt so good, and the techs were very good with defining my needs and catering to me. I will be back!!
I loved my massage therapist. She said I had a stress spot on the bottom of my foot and she did a great job of working it out. The pressure is always just right. The only thing I don't agree with is when you have pre paid massages and you want to gift it to some one massage envy charges you another $10 for the massage you have already paid for, you just didn't use it. Oh well I won't be paying for any more.
