I am APPALLED at the level of Scam that is Massage Envy. Not only was my very first scheduled appointment LOST, but they somehow had my credit card on file. I never made it to an appointment in a months time due to traveling, yet was charged $55 - EVEN AFTER I GAVE THEM A GIFT CARD THAT I WOULD BE USING FOR THAT EXACT AMOUNT. How can your organization charge $71.50 for a same day cancellation when you don’t have a signed agreement? Especially when I have paid for 14 unused sessions? Horrible business practice. I recommend that anyone that needs a message for stress relief to look elsewhere. This company creates stress.
Upsetting that I’ve already paid for a massage and if I freeze my membership I can’t use the massage until I can continue my membership. Also if your hours say 9 am to 10 PM and I’m standing outside your door at 8 pm and all the lights are off you probably need to change the hours or put a note on the door or something.. other than that my first professional massage was wonderful!
I highly recommend a facial with Irena Sedivy. I drive from Southport monthly just to see her; in fact, I drove all the way to Raleigh for her service when she lived there. She has a unique blend of training from Europe and the US. My skin stays in great condition thanks to her. Most importantly, she has a wonderful healing touch and positive energy that makes you so relaxed that you don’t want to leave. Try the hour and a half facial.

First; after reading these reviews I’m not shocked about what happened to me! Unfortunately family emergencies arose which stopped me from attending my appointment. I called at appointment time and as a “courtesy” lol 😂 they would only charge me 50% of the service! That’s 50.00! If you have a busy lifestyle; kids or a FAMILY- do not use them!
