RecommendedI have Rheumatoid Arthritis and I go monthly for a massage with Steve. My pain level has greatly diminished. Both Steve and the staff at the front have been friendly, professional and very helpful.

I am cancelling my membership due to moving over 25 miles away from the nearest Massage Envy. They are keeping my last payment and not allowing me to get my massage that I paid for. This is not right.
The front desk scheduled my mother’s appointment for today at 1:00 but when she confirmed the time at the desk, she was told it was 2:00 obviously erroneously and rather than providing a solution that was beneficial to both parties. They charged her card and sent her out the door. Absolutely unprofessional. While I acknowledge humans are prone to error, my philosophy is to help the customers, not push them out the door.

I’ve been neglecting my own personal self-care recently and finally decided to treat myself to an hour massage. Ezekiel is amazing and incredibly accommodating and makes you feel very at ease. The front desk staff is friendly and informative. Only issue is that the client in the room next to mine was very loud and verbal in conversation during my massage - simply had the music turned up and Ezekiel made sure to mention the volume issue to the other therapist. Looking forward to returning in two weeks.
Hire a new manager that can offer stellar customer service when dealing with disputes.
I come here every 2 weeks for my massage with Brandon. The service is always phenomenal. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Will jewel coming back
