I have been a loyal client for over 6 years. I was getting ready to go to my appointment and noticed I had a flat tire. I immediately called to let them know and reschedule. I have not missed an appointment that I recall in the 6 years and go regularly for 90 minute appts. They said they are going to charge me for today's appt even though I can't get there.
