Now I go to the Woodinville branch because at least they answer their phone and I can get an appointment...
Zero star. I have a membership with Envy Massage Center, they are charging on my card for 4 months and never provide me a service. When I blocked my card for Envy Massage they told me we will charge you if we don't provide you a service and that is our responsibility to come and make a appointment. Now I am asking them to schedule me a appointment so they tell me I have a past due I have to pay that first. Please keep in your mind that I was get charged for three months for nothing. RecommendedI have the absolute best massage therapist at Mill Creek Massage Envy. Kennedy is tremendously intuitive and exceptionally skillful in customizing each massage session to your aching muscles. He has always been professional and a great communicator. The Mill Creek location is always clean and organized and the reception staff always courteous and professional.
Derek is the best!!! My body is so sore and tired from taking care of my 5 month old baby. He’s extremely knowledgeable and he was able to pin point and address all of my problem areas without me even telling him. Thank you!
