RecommendedI had purchased a gift card for for my boyfriend and he did not want to use it. So I gifted my self a facial massage and it was incredibly relaxing. Genny provided a relaxing experience with facial creams that smelled lovely and nourishment to my skin. It was a special treat but not something I could do on a monthly basis. Thanks Genny!
Seriously the manager Jennifer at the location on SW 88th street in Miami Florida should consider another line of work. To think I would be spoken to in such a manner in a place that is suppose to be about health and wellness. Massage Envy is nothing but a scam. It is extremely frustrating to be charged 30 dollars for a same day cancellation due to A FEVER yet they have cancelled my massage on more than one occasion the same day due to their masseuse calling out for either illness or family emergencies. Explain to me how that is good customer service or even rationale for that matter. I will be filing a complaint should I not be credited my due monies. Carol Visconti
RecommendedEveryone is so nice and wonderful! I do recommend booking in advance, they, like everyone else, are short staffed but the staff they have now are amazing!
My husband and I had massages scheduled for several weeks out and they have canceled multiple times. Then they forgot to remove the one they cancelled but cancelled my husbands the day before a massage. Then refused to provide my credit back after their mistake. The manager refused to fix the issue. Highly disappointed, they cancel more massages than they keep and then make a mistake and charge the customer. Just trying to use my credits so I can cancel my membership. Highly disappointed!
