Require mask even if you have a medical conditions unless you have a doctor's note. I have been going to you all for years with no issues ever. Nothing on the websites, nothing on the FB page about clients having to wear a mask during a massage. I have a general medical issue that prevents me from wearing a mask. Then on top of that you want me to wear a mask while my face is in a face cradle and fluid runs into my sinuses clogging them. RecommendedI had a great massage the therapist did deep tissue and muscle and when he was done my back and hips didn't hurt anymore, it was awesome for my first massage. I would recommend to family and friends. 🤗
my bf could have massaged me for 5 minutes and it would have already been better than the whole HOUR of the massage I got. he kept zoning out and not doing anything or he would do the exact same thing for like 15 mins. every single massage technique he did was terrible and I ended up leaving massage envy in mequon more tense and in more pain than when I came in. I would honestly give this therapist that i had a 2% out of 100%. i honestly believe that that was the biggest waste of money I've made in years. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
not a good location | they do not match u with the right therapist for ur needs | one massage I had here the lady did not trim her nails and my skin STUNG and burned afterwards

I have been a member here for 5 years. I love it. It’s a wonderful way to treat yourself and relax. If you have pain they are great at working with you to relieve it. Communication is key. Be open and honest with your therapists and they will deliver every time. Thank you Becky for always looking out for us and helping when necessary. I appreciate you more than you know.
Excellent customer service which is hard to find these days, and the massage therapist was amazing! She was very professional and informative!
