My first massage was a pleasure. But when I was due for my second massage there was a flood in the building. I asked to speak to a manager to see when I could schedule my next appointment and if there would be some compensation. I was repeatedly told that she was busy with the renovations and could not talk to me. No one ever got back to me about rescheduling my appointment, putting my membership on hold or some kind of compensation for missing my February appointment.
