dorothy didn't wonderful job. the 3 people working at the front desk.....not so much. it's not very difficult to welcome a new customer with a smile and verbal greeting or a goodbye when they are leaving. shame on the owner for having these kids work at this location

Very unhappy with massage envy. Made an appointment 4 weeks prior to massage. Day before massage they called and canceled explaining that the therapist left on maternity leave 😳 I explained that this appointment was very important to me because respite care was coming to care for my disabled daughter so I could have this much needed therapy. Great massage great employees
I treated My Love to a 60 minute massage, which turned out to be anything but relaxing. His technician, Rachel, coughed throughout the massage entire massage, to the point that she had to leave the room at get some water. With all those germs being put into the air of such a small and warm room, guess who was also sick two days later? Massage Envy should have protected their consumers by not allowing their employees to perform such an intimate service while being sick and obviously contagious.
