Booked a double massage over a week ago for My boyfriend and I. Paid a fee to transfer an hour of my massage time to him. Showed up for our appointment today and they only had my appointment on the books. All they offered was to reschedule for another time. You could tell on their faces they made a mistake and were quick to get us out the door.
Absolutely awful don't waste your money. My wife and I joined and have been trying to cancel for months at this point. Each month we're told "this is the last one and your commitment is over and we'll cancel you" only to get charged the following month and get told the same thing again. I'll be calling the AGs office this week to report fraud and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint with them as well. We joined with a contract to get the discounted appointments. This past year we are constantly getting rescheduled or cancelled on because of administrative mistakes or issues with the technicians. My son gets acne facials and half the time they don't help because we can't get them on a regular basis. I'm sorry we ever joined. Definitely a waste of time and money on our part.
Love my Massage Envy girls! Heather makes me beautiful, Yali is amazing and Maria out front is always there to make it happen. Very professional employees all around.
