Worst facility ever!!! Do not go to this location, they continue to charge you a membership fee, but yet have no appointments available when you call. wonder why they can't keep therapist?? I leave messages for management and I get no response, worst customer service ever!!! this has been going on for over a year! they have charges me 5 months of membership but yet no appointments!

Not taking payment for the months you are closed was the correct thing to do... however, saying that my account is not current because of that is not! Allow me to close my account. What terrible management!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Calming atmosphere. You can get a great massage at an affordable price. No excuses not to go.

Absolutely awful don't waste your money. My wife and I joined and have been trying to cancel for months at this point. Each month we're told "this is the last one and your commitment is over and we'll cancel you" only to get charged the following month and get told the same thing again. I'll be calling the AGs office this week to report fraud and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint with them as well.
