RecommendedAmber was awesome. I did the 30 minute stretch first, followed by 60 min massage. It’s like she knew exactly where I hurt! Not wanting to go home yet I asked if I could get a facial and Cindy said yes! So I had a 90 min facial. It was so nice. I enjoyed my day at the spa.
Very professional. Always pleasant and smiling at the front desk. They always treat me like family and the massages are absolutely AMAZING!
I had the best experience, i even took my daughter for her first time and she loved. The workers where very polite and welcoming.
Sub-par message, absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Told them I did not want to do their "member program" the girl was extremely pushy. Did not leave a cc on file with them for that reason. Got a call that I had to make a "membership payment" even tho I opted not to sign up. Asked for a cancellation form, and they make it absolutely impossible to cancel. Very very frustrating and a horrible business practice. Would never go back and would never recommend this place.
I have great massages but HORRIBLE experiences with their "customer service " or front desk people. Lost appointments, lied to about cost and fees. I am now out $264.97 because of their misleading ways. Shameful!
