I love the staff here! Been a customer for over 3 years. Rebecca does a great deep tissue - Nicole is very positive and does a great relaxing and targeted massage. Big fan of Massage Envy! Update 9/28 - I feel so blessed to have such a great ME location! Today I saw Keith and he did a deep tissue massage for my birthday. SO worth it. Very knowledgable and caring staff. They have a wonderful staff, I love going to my monthly massage, I feel free afterwards.
I have had several massage therapists and one esthetician here, and they have all been friendly, professional, caring individuals. The front desk staff always has my information handy, and the one time they made a mixup (Jennifer Kirkland vs Jennifer from Kirkland), they made it right immediately. I love this place!
Daniel is by far the best masseuse I've ever had! He's amazing. The staff is really great as well.
Prices for membership are going up to 70 per month...other locations have sent out both emails and letters...but no..Lynnwood had a "GLITCH" in their system so only a few emails went out ...did they try to fix so called glitch...no...instead they are hoping you come into store so you can see the very small sign they have POOR service...you should either fix issue and resend everything or spend every waking moment calling your customers personally As for me...lynwood..I will more then likely switch my home store..or drop mass... read more
