I used to come here every month and see Daniel. He was so amazing, the only person I can say I actually liked. However since I found out I was pregnant, I have tried to book a prenatal multiple times. A few months ago they called me the day before and told me my therapist called out sick.... and of course, less than 24 hours before my appointment tomorrow, I get the same result. I recently went to this location. Everyone was very nice and it was very relaxing. My only concern is that, I told them I was sensitive to fragrance and dyes and they assured me the sensitive skin facial had neither and when I was done they recommended a lotion that they had used on me. I bought it and came to find out it had both fragrance and dyes in it. This info is important to be correct on, so maybe they need to familiarize themselves with your products a bit better.

Friendly front desk, fabulous therapists, always a great experience! I have visited several locations and the Lynnwood one is my favorite.
Awesome place to get a facial and a massage
Got a gift card for this place; went in, tried and became a member. I have been going for over a year and love the friendly staff and have gotten a great therapist That I really like. She really helps me with all my tension spots.
Everyone is amazing here, and they have great policies for their products. They sincerely want you to have the healthiest possible skin!
