Kyle is amazing. You can tell he truly likes what he does. I've been here three times and I've always had a very positive experience. The staff is professional and very welcoming.
I can't wait until my next one! All of the staff were fun and my husband and I left very relaxed.
Why would you pay for a facial and then be charged $10.00 for product used? When you get a facial don't they use product? I have never had too pay for product any where else. And they never said anything about the charge till I was done and checking out.
I have been to other locations but long beach has the mints and friendly staff.
It's hard to find a good massage therapist with Massage Envy.
don't get me wrong the massage was ok minus the fact that I bruised badly the next day. I was forced into a membership and the person who signed me up told me I can cancel after the 2 months. I told her repeatedly I cannot afford a membership!!! NOW that the 2 months is over they are refusing to cancel. The manager basically told me her staff would NEVER trick you into a membership. The manager told me its a legal binding contract for 6 months and they CANNOT cancel. UMMMM your staff are all liars and I will be going further... read more
The worst customer service ever!! Apparently the manager on duty is always running errands and is never in the store to call back a member. You get called a liar for the wrong info the employees give you. I will never go back to this location.
